As we are selling these from Pre-Orders we cannot guarantee box condition. We will endeavour to send you the best box possible but we cannot exchange or refund for imperfect boxes on limited products. Once in awhile, Shopify tends to go rogue and oversell set quantities. This isn’t a problem with 99% of the Pops we import.
